New Song!

Only today we had a new song written by two creative composers. It must be sung with the tune from Barbie Girl by Aqua, preferably with background music. Here it goes.

[INTRO]
Hey students, any problems?
No, Mr Tee!
Let's dance, Mr Tee!
Okay, music!

[CHORUS]
I am Mr Tee
From an Add Math world
Integration, Differentiation
You can ask me math
I'll teach you every step
It's very easy
Because I'm Mr Tee

[BRIDGE]
Come on students one more lesson

[CHORUS]
I am Mr Tee
From an Add Math world
Integration, Differentiation
You can ask me math
I'll teach you every step
It's very easy
Because I'm Mr Tee

[VERSE]
I promise Mr Tee
I will do my homework
I promise Mr Tee
I will check my answers
What he does every week
Is just beauty parade
No workbook got blue card
Makes him angry

Mr Tee please teach me
How to solve this equation
Woo~!

[CHORUS]
I am Mr Tee
From an Add Math world
Integration, Differentiation
You can ask me math
I'll teach you every step
It's very easy
Because I'm Mr Tee

[BRIDGE]
Come on students one more lesson
No No No Yeah
Come on students check your workbook
No~! No~!
Come on students one more lesson
No No No Yeah
Come on students check your workbook

Forging the Bond, Enhancing Relationships

It's been a while since this blog has been updated. Classes in school have been rather dull and monotonous these days, with the flurry of extracurricular activities going on. So, I'd like to share certain tips on how to forge a better bond between us classmates!

1. Be investigative
In order to get to know each other better, we must develop curiosity towards each other, arousing interest. Being investigative can help find out more about the person sitting beside you, in front of you, or anywhere in class!

2. Learn to communicate well

Communication is key to even begin building friendships. Learning how to communicate well depending on the person you talk to is very important. People might find you interesting, or dull in the process. Pick a topic of interest to the person you talk to, and communications will go on well, rest assured.

3. Organise more outings!

Outings/parties just like the one we had before Chinese New Year are awesome. It provides a great escape from the usual face-to-face scenarios in school where education dominates the topics of conversation more than anything. In an opportunity like this, many processes of interaction and communication take place, as it is a great medium for bonding of friends.

4. Always (try to) have fun!

Having fun, intense moments like these are to be savoured in our final year of high school. It is our last chance to be childish as our inner hearts really are. Cherish these final, energetic moments of teenagehood!

Ghostly

Reflecting on some of Puan Sugumarie's famous and wise words:
- Tak pernah nampak hantu, pergi tengok cermin!
- Awak ni bukan saja hantu, awak hantu pontianak!

Here we have proof that what she said is true...
-picture taken by Ng Kha Sheng. Unintentionally thrown out of focus, but managed to catch a glimpse of something mystical yet scary.

Puan Sugumarie is right. The exams, the stress, the pressure, the expectations, the homework... it has made us literal monsters. We should be more human! Prove to her that we are not HANTUs!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!

Good morning - o ha i yo go za i ma su ( おはいよございます)

Good afternoon - ko ni chi wa ( こにちわ)

Good bye - sa yo na ra ja ma ta (さよならじゃまた)

Have this good practice daily to become a more polite person . Learn 日本語 together !!

It's now the time for us to sit down and revise our work. Just 4 more days to go !!

5S2, Unite!

Was diggin' through some old photos and found this. Taken back in November 2009 (felt like a lifetime ago).

Quite a wet experience to say the least, but we had tons of fun.
